Safety Training FAQs

How often does OSHA require safety training?

It depends on the standard. Some training is required at initial assignment and whenever a new hazard is introduced (HazCom, for example). Others require documented refresher training on a set schedule — Lockout/Tagout and Bloodborne Pathogens annually, forklift operators at least every three years or after an incident. We help you map which topics apply and how often each must be repeated.

Do you provide training certificates and records?

Yes. Every session produces completion certificates and training records you can show during an OSHA inspection. Documented training is one of the first things a compliance officer asks for, so we make sure your paper trail is airtight.

Can training be done on-site at our facility?

Yes. We offer on-site training using your actual equipment and hazards, live virtual sessions for remote or multi-location teams, and hybrid programs that combine online learning with hands-on demonstrations.

Is the training specific to our industry?

Always. We don't run generic slide decks. Training is built around your industry, your equipment, and the real hazards your team faces — manufacturing, construction, healthcare, and more — so it sticks and so it's defensible.

What training topics do you cover?

HazCom, PPE, Fall Protection, Lockout/Tagout, Machine Guarding, Electrical Safety, Emergency Response, Forklift/Powered Industrial Trucks, Confined Space Entry, Bloodborne Pathogens, Ladder Safety, and fully custom programs for needs unique to your operation.
