Does Georgia have a state OSHA plan?
No. Private employers in Georgia fall under federal OSHA. Inspections in the Atlanta area are handled by OSHA's Atlanta-East and Atlanta-West area offices, and the federal 1910 and 1926 standards apply.
Do you charge extra for travel in Metro Atlanta?
No. Travel is included in every fixed price. You get one number, with no separate mileage or travel line.
Which areas do you cover on site?
We are on site every week across Metro Atlanta and North Georgia, from Atlanta and the northern suburbs to Gainesville, Athens, Cartersville, and McDonough. We also travel to clients in other states.
How is TSG different from OSHA's free consultation program?
Georgia's free OSHA On-Site Consultation program, run through Georgia Tech, is a good resource for small businesses. TSG works on your schedule, covers any size employer, writes the programs and procedures for you, and can stay on as an ongoing resource with recurring site visits and training.
