Our Story
TSG Safety was founded by Matt Thompson, CSP, a Certified Safety Professional and authorized OSHA Outreach Trainer with decades of experience leading occupational safety and health programs for large healthcare systems, manufacturing operations, and industrial facilities.
After years of seeing organizations struggle with complex regulations, limited internal resources, and generic safety templates, Matt launched TSG Safety to offer something different: high-trust, hands-on OSHA compliance support tailored to each client’s operations, risk profile, and culture.
